Michael Moore and NBC get sued

Apparently an American soldier is suing Fat Filmmaker Michael Moore and NBC for misusing footage of him in the crappy documentary, "Fahrenheit 9/11."

• The suit, which claims "defamation and infliction of emotional distress," also names film executives, distributors and the NBC television network, which shot the original footage Moore used in his film. The suit seeks $175 million in damages.

More specifically, the man is suing NBC for licensing this interview footage without his permission. He is suing Michael Moore for being one of the biggest idiots in the world.

If the suit succeeds, Bill O'Reilly better watch his back.
