Three reasonably big movie trailers have hit the Internet today.
First, and best, is the new preview for Superman Returns. It may be the use of John Williams's original score (or it may be Brandon Routh's visible package, unrivaled by no other except David Bowie's Labyrinthian bulge), but I have a feeling this will be the greatest movie ever made.
Second, and slightly less exciting but still pretty cool, is the first footage of the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale. It's in French, but it still looks damn cool.
Third, and awful-looking, is the second trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean 2. While Depp's Jack Sparrow was a pleasant surprise in the first one, it absolutely is not repeatable. If I'm wrong, I'll eat my hat. I'll eat your hat. I'll eat the whole store of hats.
