When Ang Schlocker D'Ville was a baby, his rich parents wound up dead. His foster parents, greedy for his inheritance, raise Ang Schlocker to think that he is mentally retarded. Through the love of a wrinkled, beastly hag of a tutor with a heart of gold, Ang Schlocker comes to the revelation that he is, in fact, the smartest man in the world. Or, at least, just not retarded.
